With Motion, carriers gain a trusted partner who understands the realities of the industry and is building modern solutions to keep them moving forward.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nWrite and maintain test cases and regression checklists covering the web app, mobile app, and admin tools\n\nExecute regression passes ahead of every release and own sign-off before builds ship\n\nDo exploratory testing on new features\n\nTest the mobile app across iOS and Android on real devices, covering different OS versions, screen sizes, and network conditions\n\nVerify data end to end \n\nFile clear, reproducible bug reports with steps, screenshots or screen recordings, expected vs. actual behaviour, and environment details, then verify the fixes\n\nReview designs and requirements early and raise the edge cases and unclear states before they get built\n\nMaintain test accounts and test data across staging environments\n\nTrack recurring defect patterns and flag the areas of the product that keep breaking\n\nRequirements:\n\n2+ years of hands-on manual QA experience on web and mobile products\n\nStrong experience writing structured test cases and running regression cycles\n\nHands-on mobile testing experience across both iOS and Android\n\nComfortable with browser dev tools: reading console errors, inspecting network requests, checking API responses\n\nBasic SQL;
