You will lead a team and partner cross-functionally to improve reporting, forecasting, productivity, growth, retention, and operating efficiency. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong business judgment, analytical thinking, and the ability to turn complex problems into clear decisions and scalable processes.\nThis is a Lahore-based hybrid role aligned with U.S. Eastern Time hours, with 3-4 days of in-office presence required each week.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nLead, coach, and develop a team of analysts and operations professionals.\nOwn key operating processes, including forecasting, business reviews, KPI reporting, pipeline reporting, and productivity analysis.\nTranslate business priorities into practical workflows, metrics, and execution plans.\nLead complex analyses and cross-functional projects from problem definition through implementation.\nImprove reporting accuracy, data quality, automation, documentation, and process scalability.\nIdentify performance gaps, determine root causes, and drive actionable recommendations.\nPartner with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Finance, Business Intelligence, Data, and other teams to align priorities and improve business outcomes.\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n5+ years of experience in business operations, sales operations, strategy, analytics, consulting, finance, or a related field.\nExperience leading or mentoring analysts, operations professionals, or cross-functional teams.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect data and processes to business outcomes.\nExperience building or improving reporting, forecasting, dashboards, planning processes, or operational workflows.\nExcellent communication, organization, ownership, and stakeholder-management skills.\nExperience in SaaS, technology, or a high-growth environment is preferred.\nFamiliarity with Salesforce, Snowflake, SQL, Google Sheets, BI tools, or workflow automation platforms is preferred.\nCreating a diverse and inclusive workplace is one of Motive's core values.
