You’ll partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical role requirements, identify the skills and experience needed for success, and guide candidates through a thoughtful, well-organized hiring process.\nThis role combines hands-on recruiting with strong communication and relationship-building. You’ll develop talent pipelines, assess candidates against role requirements, and represent Motive’s opportunities with clarity and authenticity. The ideal candidate is energized by high-volume hiring, interested in technology and SaaS talent markets, and committed to creating a positive candidate experience.\nYou’ll gain international exposure by working with global stakeholders as part of a structured Talent Acquisition function and cross-functional teams. Motive also offers opportunities to grow within Talent Acquisition and across the organization.\nWhat You’ll Do\nPartner with hiring managers to understand technical role requirements, team priorities, and success profiles.\nManage the end-to-end recruiting process for complex technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, and offer closing.\nBuild and maintain active and passive candidate pipelines using LinkedIn and other sourcing channels.\nEvaluate candidates’ experience and skills against role requirements, and share clear, evidence-based feedback with hiring teams.\nRepresent Motive’s mission, teams, and opportunities accurately and compellingly throughout the candidate journey.\nKeep candidates informed, engaged, and supported with timely, thoughtful communication.\nTrack recruiting activity and meet agreed goals for pipeline health, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance.\nUse the ATS such as Greenhouse and recruiting data to maintain accurate records and improve process effectiveness.\nCollaborate with hiring managers, interviewers, and recruiting partners to deliver a consistent, seamless hiring experience.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nExperience\n2+ years of technical recruiting experience in technology or SaaS, or equivalent transferable experience.\nExperience recruiting for technical roles is preferred; familiarity with technology talent markets is a plus.\nSkills\nStrong written and verbal communication, with the ability to build trust with candidates and hiring stakeholders.\nSkilled at building relationships, aligning perspectives, and helping teams make timely, well-informed hiring decisions.\nAble to assess candidate experience against role requirements and communicate findings clearly.\nTools and Sourcing\nHands-on experience with an applicant tracking system; Greenhouse experience is preferred.\nFamiliarity with technical hiring and sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn, or other platforms is a plus.\nWorking Style\nSelf-motivated and proactive, with ownership of recruiting outcomes and follow-through.\nOrganized and adaptable when managing multiple searches, deadlines, and shifting priorities.\nClear and confident in written, verbal, and candidate-facing communication.\nEducation\nNo specific degree is required.
