You will be responsible for building scalable dashboards, enabling data-driven decision-making, and ensuring leadership has visibility into business-critical KPIs. This role requires strong technical expertise in SQL, Salesforce analytics, and data visualization tools, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nDesign, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using HEX, Retool and Salesforce native reporting tools.\nWrite advanced SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets across multiple systems.\nPartner with Customer Support, Product, Services, and Sales Engineering leaders to translate business needs into clear data requirements and insights.\nDrive data consistency and accuracy across reporting platforms to ensure leadership visibility into KPIs.\nProvide deep-dive analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and process improvement areas.\nSupport cross-functional initiatives by building scalable, automated reporting solutions.\nCollaborate with data engineering and BI teams to ensure alignment on data sources, definitions, and governance.\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n5+ years of experience in data analytics and business intelligence\nStrong proficiency in SQL for querying and data transformation\nExpertise in HEX or Retool for dashboard development and storytelling (Preferred)\nStrong business acumen & KPIs knowledge for Pre & Post Sales functions such as Support, Sales engineering, services / customer onboarding and customer support\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on accuracy\nHands-on experience with Salesforce reporting/dashboards\nPython/R for data manipulation and automation\nPrior experience supporting Customer Support, Services, or Sales Engineering organizations\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences\nCreating a diverse and inclusive workplace is one of Motive's core values.
