Operating as the primary point of contact during the assigned clients implementation phase for all hardware and software implementations, you will also be interacting with internal and external stakeholders, up to and including, the executive level. The ideal candidate would provide guidance on how to develop and execute world-class change management programs. You will be an expert on the Motive products and will have the ability to guide Motive’s largest customers on the best utilization of our system and a smooth initial setup.\n\nWhat You'll Do:\n\nDefine, track and achieve key performance indicators for the customer implementation program. \n\nOwning the implementation process for assigned accounts which include: successful implementation and training of the software to drive adoption by new clients\n\nLead cross-functional project teams and manage project timelines and deliverables\n\nIdentify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring successful project completion\n\nCollaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure alignment\n\nFoster a culture of collaboration and teamwork among project team members\n\nEnsure the timely and successful completion of new client implementation for all assigned accounts\n\nMonitoring client progress and activities to ensure adoption of all parts of the organization while staying within scope and on schedule\n\nHosting virtual or in-person sessions for customers\n\nTraveling to customer on-sites as needed (~40%)\n\nWhat We're Looking For:\n\n3+ years of experience in project management or a related role in a B2B capacity, preferable telematics, logistics, or fleet management. \n\nProven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects\n\nStrong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams\n\nExcellent communication and presentation skills\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities\n\nProficiency in project management software and tools\n\nExperience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs\n\nDemonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively across all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level\n\nBA/BS degree or equivalent work experience preferred\n\nPMP Certification Preferred\n\nCreating a diverse and inclusive workplace is one of Motive's core values.
