You will oversee the Hardware TPM function, drive predictable product development from concept through launch, and help deliver reliable connected-device experiences for our customers. This role is based in San Francisco with a hybrid work model, and you will report to, VP Connected Devices.\nYou will work across hardware, product, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, operations, embedded, and software teams to establish priorities, resolve dependencies, manage risk, and deliver against functional objectives. This role is ideal for a strategic and technically grounded leader who can build effective teams, communicate status to executives, and drive decisions across a broad stakeholder landscape.\nWhat You’ll Do: \nSet the strategy, operating cadence, and execution standards for the Hardware TPM function.\nLead complex, cross-functional programs spanning electrical, mechanical, RF, camera, compliance, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams.\nEstablish integrated program plans, milestones, phase gates, risk management processes, and executive reporting mechanisms.\nManage Compliance as well as Sustaining TPMs in addition to New Product Development.\nDrive timely decisions on scope, schedule, resources, dependencies, and technical trade-offs across multiple hardware programs.\nIdentify opportunities to improve hardware development processes, tools, and operating mechanisms to increase predictability and product quality.\nBuild, coach, and develop a high-performing Hardware TPM team while planning for future organizational needs.\nCommunicate program strategy, progress, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.\nWhat We’re Looking For: \n10+ years of experience in hardware product development, technical program management, or a related technical discipline.\n5+ years of experience leading or managing technical program managers or engineering teams.\nDemonstrated experience delivering complex connected-device or embedded hardware products from concept through launch.\nDeep understanding of hardware product development lifecycles, including design, validation, manufacturing readiness, and sustaining phases.\nExperience managing programs across multiple engineering teams, sites, vendors, and manufacturing partners.\nStrong ability to use structured planning, metrics, risk management, and clear communication to drive execution.\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.\n Pay Transparency\nYour compensation may be based on several factors, including education, work experience, and certifications.
