You will help maintain operational accuracy, identify process improvements, and resolve complex issues across Order Management, Finance, Sales, Support, and other teams. This is a hybrid role based in Islamabad only.\nWhat You’ll Do\nManage return requests from initiation through resolution, ensuring accurate documentation and timely completion.\nReview customer accounts, orders, invoices, and related records to validate return eligibility and required actions.\nCoordinate with internal teams to resolve return-related issues, exceptions, credits, replacements, and account updates.\nMaintain accurate records in relevant business systems and ensure transactions follow established policies and controls.\nMonitor return activity and operational metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.\nInvestigate root causes of recurring issues and recommend process improvements that increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.\nPrepare reporting and analysis to support operational reviews and informed decision-making.\nWhat We’re Looking For\n0 - 1 year of experience in order management, returns operations, billing, collections, or a related business operations function.\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field is mandatory.\nExperience managing transaction-based workflows in a high-volume environment with strong attention to detail.\nFamiliarity with CRM, ERP, billing, or order management systems.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate discrepancies and recommend appropriate resolutions.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for maintaining records and analyzing operational data.\nClear written and verbal communication skills in English.\nAbility to prioritize competing requests, manage deadlines, and work effectively with cross-functional teams. \nCreating a diverse and inclusive workplace is one of Motive's core values.
