All roles require comfort operating in ambiguity, strong communication skills, and the ability to balance technical, schedule, and business constraints while driving projects forward.\nWe’re looking for leaders who create alignment, build trust, keep projects on track, and put clients' needs at the forefront.\nWhat You’ll Do\nSupport and/or lead client-facing hardware development projects from initiation to completion\nLead SOW development, cost/schedule estimation, and contract strategy\nPartner closely with mechanical, electrical, software, and industrial design teams\nTranslate client needs into clear technical objectives, schedules, and deliverables\nManage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources in a dynamic environment\nCommunicate project status, risks, and next steps to internal teams and clients\nOwn the client relationship, drive client satisfaction, and work with clients to create win-win opportunities for growth\nHelp resolve technical, schedule, and interpersonal conflicts with a calm, solutions-oriented approach\nBalance scope, cost, schedule, and performance tradeoffs\nDevelop a long-lasting relationship with clients, leading to diverse projects across product lines and product lifecycle\nThrive in environments with evolving client needs and figure-it-out requirements\nCapabilities & Skills(Varies by role)\nUnderstanding of hardware product development and system integration across mechanical, electrical, software, and industrial design domains\nAbility to apply agile methodologies to both hardware and software development\nExperience with embedded hardware and controls development (strong plus)\nStrong communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly to engineers and clients\nExperience managing technical risk, cost, schedule, and performance tradeoffs\nComfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with evolving scope\nAbility to manage multiple concurrent projects\nExperience working with tightly integrated multidisciplinary teams (professional or academic-Formula SAE, Solar Car, etc.)\nBenefits\nWe’re convinced that the team and the projects are hands-down the best part of working at Motivo.
