our go-to person for facilities compliance, with responsibility for areas including fire, water, gas, electrical, asbestos and building safety.\nYour role will include:\nOwning and developing our statutory and regulatory compliance frameworks\n\nPlanning and overseeing internal, external and statutory audits and inspections\n\nIdentifying non-conformances and making sure corrective actions are followed through to completion\n\nSpotting emerging risks and trends and turning those insights into practical improvements\n\nWorking closely with our Regional Facilities Managers to maintain strong contractor compliance and safe working practices\n\nSupporting incident investigations and ensuring preventative actions are embedded\n\nKeeping policies, procedures and training materials up to date\n\nMonitoring legislative and regulatory changes and translating them into action\n\nProviding senior leaders with clear, meaningful reporting on compliance, risks and progress\n\nWhat we’re looking for\nWe’re looking for someone with solid experience of estates, facilities or property compliance within a multi-site environment, who can combine technical knowledge with the confidence to influence others.\nYou’ll ideally bring:\nRelevant facilities, technical or property compliance experience\n\nProven knowledge across fire, water, gas, electrical, asbestos and building safety compliance\n\nA NEBOSH General Certificate, or an equivalent relevant health and safety qualification\n\nA strong understanding of UK statutory and regulatory requirements\n\nExperience managing audits, non-compliance and corrective actions\n\nStrong governance, risk and compliance reporting skills\n\nThe ability to build relationships with operational teams and contractors\n\nA structured, detail-focused approach with the confidence to challenge when something isn’t right\n\nWhat success looks like\nYou’ll play a key part in helping Moto achieve zero critical compliance failures, strong
