You'll be:\nCarrying out planned and reactive maintenance across multiple Moto locations\n\nDiagnosing and resolving electrical and mechanical faults\n\nMaintaining air conditioning, building services and site infrastructure\n\nCompleting compliance checks, PPMs and health & safety inspections\n\nManaging and coordinating external contractors\n\nSupporting site teams with maintenance-related issues and equipment failures\n\nOverseeing small projects and ensuring work is delivered to Moto standards\n\nProviding technical expertise and practical solutions to keep sites running smoothly\n\nSupporting longer-term maintenance planning and infrastructure improvements across the region\n\nPerson Specification\nWe're looking for someone who enjoys getting stuck in, takes pride in solving problems and thrives in a fast-paced environment.\nYou'll ideally have:\nExperience within facilities, building services or maintenance engineering\n\nA recognised trade qualification in electrical, engineering, plumbing or a related discipline\n\nExperience working with electrical equipment\n\nStrong fault-finding and diagnostic skills\n\nKnowledge across a range of building maintenance disciplines\n\nExperience managing contractors and external service providers\n\nA practical, proactive approach and the ability to work independently\n\nGood IT skills and administration capability\n\nMost importantly, you'll be someone who builds great relationships, communicates well and genuinely cares about delivering excellent service\nWhy Moto?\nAt Moto, we're passionate about creating better journeys for our customers and better opportunities for our people.\nThis is more than a maintenance role.
