We’re looking for a confident and commercially minded Senior Operations Excellence Coach to help turn that ambition into action.\nThis is a highly visible, field-based leadership role where you’ll lead and develop a team of Operations Excellence Coaches, while also supporting sites across your own geographical area. Your work will also support efficient labour deployment, waste control, effective production, reduced unknown loss and the delivery of profitable sales.\nJust as importantly, you’ll create a consistent and effective approach across the Operations Excellence Coach team, ensuring actions are clear, progress is followed up and improvements are sustained.\nYou’ll be responsible for:\nLeading, coaching and developing a team of Operations Excellence Coaches\n\nSetting clear priorities and focusing activity on the areas of greatest opportunity and risk\n\nSupporting sites through visits, audits, performance insight and practical coaching\n\nHelping site leaders improve standards, compliance, customer experience and commercial performance\n\nBuilding strong relationships with Brand Leads and Operations leaders\n\nTranslating business priorities into clear, achievable actions for coaches and site teams\n\nUsing data and site feedback to identify trends and improvement opportunities\n\nLeading targeted improvement campaigns and tracking their impact\n\nIdentifying capability gaps and implementing practical training and development solutions\n\nEnsuring learning and accreditation are embedded through ongoing coaching and follow-up\n\nProviding clear, data-led reporting and actionable insight to senior stakeholders\n\nIdentifying and escalating significant safety, compliance and operational risks.\n\nWe’re looking for someone who:\nIs an experienced operational leader with a strong coaching style\n\nCan lead, motivate and develop a geographically dispersed team\n\nStrong knowledge of Brand standards\n\nUnderstands how operational standards influence customer experience and commercial performance\n\nConfident using performance data to identify priorities and drive action\n\nCan build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at different levels\n\nComfortable challenging constructively and holding others accountable\n\nCan balance strategic thinking with practical, hands-on site support\n\nOrganised, adaptable and able to manage competing priorities\n\nIs comfortable with regular national travel and overnight stays\n\nWhy join Moto?\nThis is an opportunity to make an impact across our wider business, helping our teams deliver consistently brilliant standards for our customers.
