The successful candidate will provide day-to-day technical support to employees, assist with workstation and user account administration, monitor operational alerts, and help maintain a stable and secure workplace technology environment.\nProvide first-line support for hardware, software, Microsoft 365, network connectivity, and user access issues through the IT service desk\nPrepare, configure, and deploy workstations, laptops, printers, routers, peripherals, and standard business software\nCreate and maintain user accounts and profiles, and assist with password and multi-factor authentication issues\nPerform routine user administration in Active Directory and Microsoft 365 under established procedures\nMonitor and first level respond to operational alerts relating to UPS systems, antivirus protection, Microsoft 365 threats, backups, and network disconnections\nCollaborate with external IT partners to support company branches and remote locations\nAssist with operating system and application patching activities, testing, installations, and upgrades\nTroubleshoot meeting room equipment and support users during day-to-day workplace technology issues\nMaintain accurate hardware and software inventory records and help identify equipment shortages or replacement needs\nProvide practical guidance and basic training to end users, and document incidents and solutions clearly\nRequirements\nDegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience\nPrevious experience in technical support, IT support, help desk, or a similar role (1-2 years)\nGood working knowledge of Windows 11\nExperience supporting Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneDrive\nVery good command of English, both written and spoken\nAbility to communicate technical information clearly and provide professional support to users\nService-oriented, approachable, and patient, with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a sense of ownership\nWell-organized team player with strong prioritization skills, adaptability, and willingness to learn new technologies\nNice to have\nBasic knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, Microsoft Intune, or endpoint management\nExperience with ticketing systems, IT asset inventory, remote support tools, or IT service management processes\nFamiliarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and basic TCP/IP networking concepts\nBenefits\nWork in one of the Best Employers in Greece & Europe (Best Workplace Hellas 2026, 2025, 2024 & Europe 2026, 2025, 2024) and be part of our unique culture\nPrivate health insurance for you and your family including annual health check-up\nTicket Restaurant Meal Allowance -
