Further information is available at www.mcicoach.com.\nPOSITION SUMMARY\nReporting to the Service Centre manager and is responsible for Supervising all Personnel and activities within the Body Shop/Heavy Repair and mechanics ensuring and maintaining customer satisfaction through quality at the source.\nSupervise service technicians and make sure work is completed with quality, on time, and efficiently.\n Prioritize schedules and assign work.\n Promote and schedule technician training and development.\n Manage technician operating performance against established goals.\n Manage failure analysis and warranty decision-making.\n Prepare customer quotations and determine payment methods.\n Maintain a safe, clean and effective shop, including compliance with applicable EPA, OSHA, DOT and workers' compensation requirements.\n Oversee shop equipment, vehicles, property, supplies, tooling expenditures and related inventory.\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:\nSupervise technicians to perform quality, timely and efficient work. Prioritizes schedules and assigns\nwork.\nPromote and schedule training and development of service technicians. Responsible for delivering\ntechnician operating performance results in line with established and posted goals.\nManages the failure analysis and warranty decision making process.\n Determine customer payment method and prepare internal external customer quotations.\nMaintain operation of shop and service areas in safe, clean and effective manner as established by\ncompany policy. Comply with all federal, state and local regulations to operation including, but not\nlimited to EPA, OSHA, DOT and worker’s compensation.\nFacilitate maintenance of company-owned shop equipment, vehicles and property.
