We work together to shape the future of energy and we focus on developing and empowering our people, cultivating their talents that will shape our future journey towards the energy transition.\nStarting with the role:\nCurrently we are searching to hire a Senior Project Manager who will be responsible for leading renewable energy projects (wind, PV, BESS, PSH) during the development stage. Acting as the single point of accountability for the project, the Project Manager coordinates internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects on time and on budget, and in line with the approved business case.\nDuring your day you will:\nCoordinate all work streams related to licensing, engineering, procurement, cPPA signing, financial modelling and trigger all required processes for the development of the project\nManage day to day cooperation with JV partners, stakeholders and local communities\nEnsure project progress is accordance to budget and timeline\nReport project progress to top management\nProvide expert opinion during litigation processes\nIdentify and mitigate potential risks related to project progress and local community opposition\nDevelop and maintain the integrated project execution plan and schedule, consolidating inputs from licensing, real estate, engineering, construction, finance and energy management.\nCoordinate the preparation, update and validation of the project business case and financial model assumptions (capex, opex, schedule, availability, energy yield, revenues).\nChair regular project meetings and ensure clear task allocation, follow-up and communication across all involved functions.\nManage the project risk register, identify key risks and opportunities, and implement mitigation measures.\nOversee permitting and land acquisition progress together with Licensing and Real Estate teams, ensuring that permitting and land status are consistent with project milestones, financing requirements and construction needs.\nSupport the Head of Project Development in identifying and evaluating energy project opportunities, in Greece and abroad, across different technologies (wind/ offshore wind, photovoltaic, hydro, BESS and other), coordinating with other partners and co-investors where applicable\nWhat you need to stand out:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technical field\nMaster’ degree in Scientific or Technical or Project Management related field\nAt least 12 years of relative professional experience with 5 of them in the Renewable Energy Sources field projects accompanied by a proven track-record of projects successfully developed\nStrong understanding of the development process of renewable energy projects\nExperience in managing multi-disciplinary projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.\nFamiliarity with energy project development, transmission and power project engineering\nFamiliarity with the RES regulatory and licensing framework\nStrong project management skills\nFluency in English (verbal and written)\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills Organizational and Time management skills\nLeadership skills\nAbility to travel\nOur Compass is the #ACTION\n#A _uthenticity\n#C _ompassion\n#T _eamwork\n#I _ntegrity\n#O _wnership\n#N _ever giving up\nWhat give us energy:\nFriendly and fast paced environment, being always at the heart of the #action\nContinuous learning to empower our teams\nCareer Development opportunities across the Motor Oil Group\nCompetitive compensation package\n*We @Motor Oil Group are an equal opportunity employer.\nOur hiring decisions are based solely on qualifications, merit, and business needs.
