The successful individual in this role will support StreamCaster™ MANET product development and manufacturing.\nThe is a fully onsite position requiring overnight hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 pm to 5:00 am. The location for this role is Silvus Technologies’ HQ in the heart of vibrantWest LA.\nThe following is a list of at least some of the current essential job functions of the position. Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities at any time at its discretion.\nROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nPerform visual and functional inspection of PCB assemblies under magnification per IPC-J-STD 001 standards.\nConduct basic rework and soldering on through-hole and surface mount components.\nInterpret basic schematics and assembly drawings to support inspection and rework tasks.\nAssist in production testing and record results accurately.\nMaintain ESD-safe work areas and follow established cleanroom and handling procedures.\nSupport calibration and maintenance of quality lab equipment.\nDocument defects and assist in quality data collection for analysis.\nPerform other related duties of which the above are representative.\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS\nHigh School Diploma or GED.\nMinimum 1 year of hands-on experience in electronics manufacturing or assembly.\nProficient in basic soldering and component identification.\nFamiliar with the use of multi-meters and basic hand tools.\nComfortable reading wiring diagrams or simple circuit drawings.\n Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, or U.S. Permanent Resident) due to clients under U.S. federal contracts.\nAll employment is contingent upon the successful clearance of a background check and drug test.\nPREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES\nIPC-J-STD 001 certification or equivalent training.\nBasic understanding of RF and digital electronics.\nFamiliarity with Linux or Windows-based test systems.\nDemonstrated attention to detail and reliability in fast-paced environments.\nWORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS\nOccasional exposure to heat and cold.\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to do the following:Perform bending and reaching movements to place items on lower and higher shelves.\nKneeling or squatting to access lower shelves.\nMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs. when receiving incoming part shipments.\nWalking/Moving in the labs.\n\nCOMPENSATION: $28.60 - 30.80 / hourly\nConsistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
