In this role, you will play a key part in driving product development activities across the entire lifecycle, from material procurement through to testing and final certification. If you are a self-motivated professional equipped with strong technical expertise and a drive to foster innovation within a fast-paced environment, we invite you to apply.Job Description\nResponsibilities:\nPerform testing operations in the lab.\nProcess data and test results\nInterface with engineering team\nGenerate clear test reports\nTechnical Knowledge: Understanding of electrical circuits, soldering, and how to use tools like oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators etc.\nAttention to Detail: Ability to follow strict test procedures and record exact data.\nRequired Skills:\nAssociates degree in electronics engineering or equivalent education/experience\nStrong analytical, facilitation, documentation, and communication skills are required.\nExcellent observation and troubleshooting skills are a must.\nKnowledge of Microsoft and Google operating environments are a plus.\nAble to follow instructions and written standards.\n#LI-JM2 #LI-ONSITE\nTarget Base Salary Range: $51,700 - $60,700 USD\nConsistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
