The group's main business is the implementation of mission critical digital mobile communication systems for Government & Public Safety Communications customers.Job Description\nResponsibilities:\nCarry out Major and Minor installations and support Motorola Video applications at Client sites. These can be Azure cloud based, Linux based, or Windows based depending on the customer.\nWindows based depending on the customer.\nDevelops and implements the most efficient and cost-effective solutions\nEvaluates system specifications for business requirements\nWorks closely with management to prioritize business goals and information needs\nInstall and support In-Car Video and Body Worn Camera hardware\nTrain end users on functionality of end to end usage of the video system\nProvide consultation and/or expert advice to Partners or Customers who are executing hardware deployments on behalf of Motorola Solutions\nWork effectively in IT environments and provide feedback to support customer IT resources to resolve IT functional issues including networking, port protocols and server maintenance.\nGenerate technical field trip reports and technical deployment documentation.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nGood communication skills verbal and written\nMust be have experience with Networking\nMust have extensive computer use experience\n3+ years of experience working in a Field Service environment preferred.\nAbility to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely matter.\nAbility to deviate from established policies and procedures to effectively resolve a customer issue in time sensitive deployments.\nMust have a valid driver's license to be considered for this position.\nThe ability to travel up to 75%.\nAbility to install and/or configure hardware and/or software for Video Products.\nThis position is subject to working in high security areas governed by the US Department of Justice's \"Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Security Policy\" and therefore requires successfully passing a more stringent fingerprint background check administered by Motorola Solutions Inc. customers.\nTarget Base Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 USD\nConsistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
