Connect with a career that matters, and help us build a safer future.\nDepartment Overview\nDepartment DescriptionA full-suite of Financial Planning and Analysis team support APAC financial analysis and forecasting. The team works independently with International FP&A, country controllers and business accounting team across APAC region.\nJob Description\nThe key responsibilities are, amongst others, as follows:- \nDeliver comprehensive APAC business analytics and reporting, spanning financial analysis, P&L reporting, forecasting, and ad-hoc operational support.\n\nManage the monthly financial close process, including FX impact analysis and performance reporting for the APAC region.\n\nConsolidate regional financial metrics, including Sales, Orders, Gross Margin, and Contribution Margin.\n\nConsolidate & review the APAC Backlog Project List & loading to Smart View\n\nCoordinate data loading for International Units and the CV Plan & Forecast.\n\nGenerate and tie out the APAC Management Costing Report.\n\nExecute APAC Mansum Release tie-outs utilizing the MAT tool & tie check with Backlog Report, and Smartview.\n\nPartner with Regional Controllers, Country Controllers, and the accounting team to drive strategic initiatives that scale APAC operations.\n\nBasic Requirements\nBachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent from an accredited university or college with ACCA/CPA qualification or similar\n\n1-2 years of relevant experience preferably in financial planning and analysis\n\nA proactive self-starter who thrives independently, maintains high attention to detail, and navigates ambiguity effectively.\n\nProven ability to manage complex, shifting priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\n\nExcellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interface confidently with internal teams and external business partners.\n\nAdvanced proficiency in MS Excel, Power Query; hands-on experience with Oracle and Business Intelligence tools (e.g.,Tableau/Alteryx) is preferred.\n\nWillingness to work flexible hours beyond regular schedules when business needs arise.\n\nTravel Requirements\nUnder 10%Relocation Provided\nNonePosition Type\nExperiencedReferral Payment Plan\nNoEEO Statement\nMotorola Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
