Connect with a career that matters, and help us build a safer future.\nDepartment Overview\nThe department delivers cutting-edge hardware architectures that meet Motorola Solutions' highest standards of performance and quality end-to-end design, integration, and validation of high-performance radio frequency systems for mission-critical TETRA and public safety cellular devices.Job Description\nResponsibilities of the role / Role overview\nDesign, develop, and integrate RF circuits and sub-systems from concept through mass production.\nPerform hands-on testing, debugging, and root-cause analysis of RF boards using advanced lab equipment.\nEvaluate and optimize RF performance critical to wireless and cellular communication (e.g., Impedance matching, Output Power, Receiver Sensitivity, EVM, ACLR, and Emissions).\nReview and work with complex electronic schematics and guide PCB layout for high-frequency RF circuits.\nCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including System, Mechanical, Software, and Manufacturing engineers, to ensure seamless integration of cellular modules and RF components.\nInvestigate and resolve complex RF hardware issues in both new developments and legacy products.\nBasic Requirements\nB.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.\n5 years of proven hands-on experience in RF hardware design, board-level testing, or integration.\nStrong understanding of RF fundamentals, circuit theory, and components (amplifiers, filters, mixers, transceivers, duplexers).\nFamiliarity with 3GPP specifications, cellular frequency bands, and radio testing parameters. - advantage\nExperience operating cellular communication testers (e.g., R&S CMW500, Anritsu MT8821C/MT8000A).\nExperience with RF simulation tools (e.g., ADS, CST, HFSS). \nTravel Requirements\nUnder 10%Relocation Provided\nNonePosition Type\nExperiencedReferral Payment Plan\nNoCompany\nMotorola Solutions Israel LimitedEEO Statement\nMotorola Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
