This position is responsible for a broad range of professional-level Human Resources (HR) functions with a focus on compliance and employee relations. Working closely with Silvus leadership, this role exercises independent judgment and discretion in interpreting and applying employment laws, policies, and procedures and recommending appropriate actions on employee relations, policy interpretation, and compliance matters. As a representative of the company, this position requires a polished, professional, and approachable presence, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.\nReporting to the Human Resources Manager, this position will support the International and Sales teams. This position plays a critical role in policy interpretation and enforcement, compliance monitoring, HR data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to support company goals. With a background in supporting global human resources, the ideal candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, successful handling of multiple deadlines, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced HR environment.\nThis position is based at Silvus Technologies’ headquarters in the heart of vibrantWest Los Angeles, CA, and is on a hybrid schedule. A minimum of 3 days onsite per week is expected. On-site days are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.\nThe following is a list of at least some of the current essential job functions of the position. Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities at any time at its discretion.\nROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nServe as a primary point of contact for HRBP inquiries - analyzing issues and providing guidance consistent with company policy and employment laws.\nPartner with the Senior Human Resources Generalist on the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure compliance and a consistent employee experience.\nOversee the maintenance and integrity of personnel records to ensure compliance, data accuracy, and adherence to recordkeeping policies.\nDesign, develop, and deliver training and coaching programs for supervisors and employees on compliant timekeeping practices, corrective action, business unit policies, and policy interpretation.\nPartner with division heads to provide human resource guidance and direction.\nProvide guidance and recommendations to business partners regarding leaves of absence, workers’ compensation/safety, timekeeping/attendance, and employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal policy.\nConduct necessary workplace employee investigations pertaining to business partner divisions.\nPartner with the Human Resources Director to design and implement performance management, employee development, and engagement programs aligned with organizational strategy.\nEnsure compliance with and stay up to date with relevant HR laws and regulations.\nAnalyze human resources metrics and support human resources initiatives aligned with company goals.\nLead or contribute to the development, interpretation, and implementation of HR policies and procedures, exercising independent judgment to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness.\nDevelop and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers, supervisors, department leaders, and other team members to create partnerships that yield success and cohesion.\nIndependently manage or contribute to HR initiatives, applying professional expertise to improve processes, compliance, and employee engagement.\nPerform other related duties of which the above are representative.\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS\nA Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with a minimum of 5 years of solid experience in human resources, preferably in a business partner capacity. A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated international human resources support.\nAbility to work flexible hours as required to support international team members across different time zones.\nExceptional project management and organizational skills with a strong initiative toward resourcefulness.\nDemonstrated ability to independently and proactively problem-solve with strong critical thinking skills.\nStrong attention to detail, coupled with a high-level work ethic, and an ability to work independently.\nPossess a strong desire to participate in a team that strives to create a positive, communicative, professional, and positive work environment.\nAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately and exercise solid judgment.\nStrong multitasking and prioritization skills for a fast-paced environment.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite software programs.\n Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, or U.S. Permanent Resident) due to clients under U.S. federal contracts.\nAll employment is contingent upon the successful clearance of a background check and drug test.\nPREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES\nExperience with Utah state labor laws, compliance, and regulations.\nExperience in a manufacturing environment.\nExperience with multi-state, non-exempt employee population.\nWORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS\n· Office environment.
