The successful candidate should have a track record working directly with customers on the installation and configuration of SaaS solutions while answering technical questions and resolving complex customer issues. If you excel at translating complex technical shifts into smooth operational transitions, driving change, and measuring impact, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our global cloud deployment model.\nImplementation Specialists ensure project success by overseeing the project lifecycle, execute the technical deployment, drive activation, configuration, and training to integrate new solutions. Role requires accountability, strong communication, client management, and problem-solving skills to meet deliverables, focusing on customer time to value.\nCore responsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nImplementation Leadership & Delivery :\nDrive On-Time Activation and Delivery: Initiate, Plan, Execute, Monitor, Control and Solve\nValidate scope and goals, document and track deliverables and milestones to drive the implementation forward with clear expectations and target completion dates.\nStakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with a track record of driving cross-functional alignment across varied enterprise groups.\nRisk Management: Manage timeline and mitigate risks. Proactively anticipate issues, explore contingency plans, and provide effective escalation management throughout all phases.\nLeadership: Guide the client project team and ensure alignment with objectives.\nRespond to requests for assistance in a timely manner.\nManage resolution of technical and non-technical issues.\nTroubleshoot a broad range of technical issues on the application and OS levels.\nInstallation, migration and upgrade of products on accelerated time schedules.\nDevelop a full understanding of all products.\nCreate or contribute to process documentation and improvements.\nWrite Standard Operating Procedures when required.\nCreate and review knowledge base documentation and FAQs based on issue solutions.\nConduct training on various Products and Services.\nQualifications :\n4+ years operating at the intersection of business operations, project management, and cloud implementation in Enterprise, Public Safety or Government systems software implementation. Understanding of Public Safety customer environments for product security and reliability\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, MIS or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience) preferred\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively as needed\nExcellent investigative and debugging skills\nExcellent problem solving skills, verbal and written communication skills, ability to work under strict deadlines and interact with customers of varying experience levels\nDemonstrated ability to research and resolve problems using a variety of tools\nKnowledge of one or more programming languages (Java, C++, Ruby)\nKnowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL) \nKnowledge of web services/web technology (HTML, CSS, XML, JSON)\nKnowledge of VMware, managing Virtual Machines\nThis position is subject to working in high security areas governed by the US Department of Justice's \"Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Security Policy\" and therefore requires successfully passing a more stringent fingerprint background check administered by Motorola Solutions Inc. customers.\nTarget Base Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 USD\nConsistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
