This role is critical to ensuring the reliability and quality of Callyo’s mission-critical software and systems through thorough feature validation, regression testing, and defect identification.\nThe QA Analyst will work embedded within a Scrum team and collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to support ongoing releases and enhancements. Responsibilities include executing manual test cases, documenting and tracking defects, validating bug fixes, supporting regression testing efforts, and assisting with issue investigation in production environments. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and able to quickly learn new systems and technologies while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nBasic Requirements\nEducation:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.\nExperience:\n0-2 years of Quality Assurance experience, internship experience, or relevant academic/project experience working with web or mobile applications.\nExposure to manual testing, defect tracking, or software validation processes is preferred.\nTechnical Skills:\nExperience designing, documenting, or executing manual test cases.\nFamiliarity with QA and defect tracking tools such as TestRail, Jira, or similar platforms is a plus.\nBasic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.\nAbility to identify, document, and clearly communicate software defects and testing results.\nBasic understanding of APIs, databases, browser debugging tools, or mobile testing tools is a plus.\nExposure to testing web and mobile applications is preferred.\nGeneral Skills:\nStrong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.\nStrong attention to detail and a systematic approach to problem-solving.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nAbility to quickly learn new systems, tools, and business processes.\nAbility to communicate effectively in English (read, write, and speak).\nProactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.\nNice to Have:\nExperience with test automation tools or frameworks.\nExperience with database validation and test data management.\nExposure to iOS and Android application testing.\nExperience supporting production issue investigations.\nTravel Requirements\nNoneRelocation Provided\nNonePosition Type\nNew GradReferral Payment Plan\nYesEEO Statement\nMotorola Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
