Connect with a career that matters, and help us build a safer future.\nDepartment Overview\nPayrollJob Description\nIn this role, you will be expected to be competent in the following areas:\nMember of the Finance team that will ensure accurate processing and recording of company’s payroll, provide timely and accurate financial information, participate in daily data entry Payroll processing. This position will impact a rapidly growing organization and offers career development opportunities for the right candidate. \nManage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed in timely. \nReconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports, ensure the accuracy of the data.\nUnderstand proper taxation of employer-paid benefits. Great exposure to different country's personal income tax legislation \nProcess accurate and timely year-end reporting when necessary \nHave the chance to deal with the different group of people, such as management team, HR, external Government Officer, internal & external auditor, different level employee. \nRespond to employee, statutory body, management query in a very timely manner. \nParticipate in ad-hoc projects. \nProtects the organization's value by keeping information confidential.\nBasic Requirements\nMinimimun Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent. \nAt least 1-2 years of accounting experience\nFresh graduates wiht high attention to numbers and details are encouraged to apply.\nWorking in a payroll environment will be an added advantage.\nSome knowledge of Oracle will be preferable.\nTravel Requirements\nUnder 10%Relocation Provided\nNonePosition Type\nNew GradReferral Payment Plan\nNoEEO Statement\nMotorola Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
