This position will be part of the International Sales Operations team, working in a multi-cultural environment and supporting sales teams.Opportunity to learn many aspects of the bid process and bid strategy including project cost analysis and knowledge in competitive pricing.\nJob Description\nScope of Responsibilities/Expectations\nReview Price Exception for channel sales and QTAT for direct deals ensuring complete and reasonable costing and margin analysis,\n\nSupport the sales team with all B&Q activities as required\n\nCoordination of all approvals, reviews and tracking of discounts requested,\n\nPrice exception reporting and discount analysis,\n\nCollect and analyze business intelligence data relevant for the bids,\n\nProvide timely response, optimizing project cost, protecting margin and supporting bid pricing strategy which maximizes the chance to win the deal,\n\nServe as the primary escalation point for the sales team to troubleshoot and resolve CPQ related quoting issues\n\nDeliver training on the CPQ tool and quotation process\n\nCollaborate with IT and relevant stakeholders to test new features or system enhancements\n\nMaintain wins & losses database,\n\nInterface with cross functional departments (Sales, Systems Engineering, Project management, Procurement, Product Group, Finance, legal, etc)\n\nBasic Requirements\nSpecific Knowledge/Skills Qualifications\nBachelor Degree in Business, Economics or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of working experience (experience in telecommunications industry would be an asset),\n\nExperience in project cost analysis and knowledge in competitive pricing would be an asset,\n\nAble to work independently with good analytical and judgement skills,\n\nTeam player with strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure,\n\nAttention to detail,\n\nFluent in English and Spanish,\n\nGood Excel knowledge,\n\nRequired to work mixed shift\n\nIn return for your expertise, we’ll support you in this new challenge with coaching & development every step of the way.
