Connect with a career that matters, and help us build a safer future.\nDepartment Overview\nThe project manager will be part of the Service design and transaction team handling bigger project originated in the Operations department in NødnettJob Description\nThe project manager (PM) will be part of the Service design and transition team in the Nødnett Operations group, responsible for the Operation and Maintenance of the Nødnett.\nThe Project Manager leads project planning, budgeting, progress tracking, and\noptimization, focusing on cost efficiency, risk management, and stakeholder relations.\nKey duties include delivering the contractual scope on time and within budget,\ngenerating commercial purchase offers for clients, and managing subcontractors to ensure high customer satisfaction.\nManages the development and/or implementation of Motorola Solutions products\nor services.\nCoordinates departmental or cross-functional teams, focused on delivering new\nor upgraded existing products or services. \nManages projects from inception to completion (or transition), including tracking\nand evaluation of project performance. \nEnsures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and within accepted\nquality metrics.\nParticipates in project review and status meetings, and communicates project\nstatus.\nUtilizes project management methodologies to ensure maximum\nproject effectiveness.\nMotivates project team to ensure optimal performance. \nMay assist in the development of business plans, strategies, and approaches to\ntake advantage of business opportunities.\nPrepares commercial purchase offers for customers and oversees change order\nmanagement to ensure all deliverables align with project specifications and\ncontractual requirements.\nHandles several projects in parallel\nBasic Requirements\nExperience: 2 to 3 years of project management experience in telecom\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in telecom required or relevant business experiences. Formal Project management training\nLanguages: Ability to speak, write and communicate clearly in English, Norwegian is desirable\nSoft Skills: Must be a self-motivated team player capable of working effectively under general guidance.
