As a team member within the Rave organization, you will be exposed to many other solutions offered by Motorola Solutions, the most trusted name in public safety\nJob Description\nWe’re looking for a highly skilled AWS DevOps Full-Stack Engineer with expertise in IaC (Terraform), Helm, MySQL, Kubernetes, and CI/CD Pipelines. You will play a key role in building, maintaining, securing and deploying scalable cloud infrastructure and systems.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure\n\nAutomate deployment, scaling and monitoring of systems on that infrastructure\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement CI/CD pipelines\n\nBuild and manage containerized applications\n\nProvision and support configuration of relational databases with an emphasis on high availability, security and reliability\n\nMonitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance and reliability\n\nContribute to the creation and operation of robust disaster recovery and backup strategies\n\nManage developer tooling\n\nEnsure compliance with regulatory, compliance and security frameworks\n\n(Optionally) develop and support full stack Java-based applications\n\nRequired Skills:\nCitizenship: Must be a US Citizen. This requirement is due to specific U.S. Government Contract Mandates and access to sensitive public safety data.\n\nExperience with containers and container orchestration tooling (Kubernetes / Helm / Docker)\n\nExperience designing and deploying solutions to cloud environments (AWS)\n\nExperience with IaC tooling (Terraform or similar)\n\nExperience with CI/CD tooling (GitHub, BitBucket, Azure DevOps)\n\nExperience with DVCS tooling (Git, GitHub, BitBucket, Azure DevOps)\n\nExperience with RDBMS systems including managing schema evolution, migration, replication and disaster recovery (MySQL or similar)\n\nExperience with Linux including scripting (Bash)\n\nPreferred Skills:\nExperience with AI/machine learning technologies is strongly preferred.\n\nFamiliarity with TCP/IP networking and troubleshooting tools (WireShark, TCPDump, SNGrep, nslookup)\n\nAwareness of compliance frameworks (e.g. FedRAMP, CCCS)\n\nExperience with SIP/RTP\n\nExperience with developer tooling (Artifactory, Sonar, Gradle)\n\nFamiliarity with observability tooling (Prometheus/Grafana, ELK Stack or similar)\n\nKnowledge of secure coding practices, security frameworks, and tooling (e.g., OWASP, NIST, CIS, Prisma Cloud/Twistlock, Mend/WhiteSource)\n\nSoft Skills:\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills\n\nEffective communication and teamwork abilities\n\nSelf-motivated with a passion for continuous learning\n\nAbility to take ownership of problems and deliver complete solutions\n\nTarget Base Salary Range: $140,000 USD - $170,000 USD\nConsistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
