Connect with a career that matters, and help us build a safer future.\nDepartment Overview\nThe purpose of the Configuration Analyst role is to review the different options within any solution pack product and determine the best way to modify the software to meet user needs. This includes monitoring and troubleshooting, when necessary, of the product. Typically, the analyst works closely with the team of Implementation Consultants.Job Description\nWork with Implementation Consultants to configure Noggin software in accordance with project deliverables and user requirements, specifically user stories and acceptance criteria.\n\nMonitor and troubleshoot common and daily tasks and events as well as changes.\n\nWrite internal knowledge base and customer service materials.\n\nReproduce, test, resolve and document software bugs, defects, and problems.\n\nExamine and evaluate current systems to identify needed updates or adjustments to the system.\n\nValidate changes by testing configuration.\n\nTrain users on the new operation systems and provide support.\n\nStay up to date with current technologies and technical developments.\n\nAccurate time logging and tracking in accordance with specified billable target of 80%.\n\nBasic Requirements\nBachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field\n\n0-3 years in a software configuration role - recent graduates welcome\n\nExperience with Atlassian Suite\n\n#LI-AN1\nTravel Requirements\nNoneRelocation Provided\nNonePosition Type\nExperiencedReferral Payment Plan\nYesEEO Statement\nMotorola Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
