Working in close collaboration with other departments, engineers in this team excel at developing applications and drivers under Linux, and have a variety of backgrounds and specializations. The team uses modern C++ to develop highly reusable code, and utilize state-of-the-art systems and tools throughout the development life cycle.Job Description\nWork closely with business team to understand the overall product features and requirements.\nDevelop and maintain a detailed program schedule, track and monitor to ensure progress is per planned\nManage the program budget to ensure no overrun\nGovern the program scope and manage program changes via change requests approval process\nManage the program resources to ensure resources are loaded per the plan and track the actual\nResponsible for direct communication to relevant senior stakeholders\nCommunicate program health status through weekly reporting and present program health status through program reviews\nLead program recovery when program is in trouble\nDrive proactive risk management through risk mitigation\nEnsure the program complies to program development process\nEnsure all program artifacts are stored in the program repository\nPoint of contact for program escalation\nManage interdependencies between different cross-functional teams across the globe and resolve conflicts\nDrive on issue resolutions and unblock challenges\nBasic Requirements\nSoftware Engineering from a recognized university\n>4 years experience in program management\n>7 years experience in Product/Solutions development\nGood knowledge in product development processes\nFamiliar with regulatory & reliability requirement\nProficient in Microsoft Project/Smartsheet\nExperienced in Agile Project Management, Jira & Scrum in managing project deliverables\nPossess strong communication and influencing skills to work across the functional teams\nCertified PMP is an advantage\nHighly energized with a strong passion in program management\nAbility to work in a dynamic, fast moving environment and ability to perform under a challenging environment\nTravel Requirements\nNoneRelocation Provided\nNonePosition Type\nExperiencedReferral Payment Plan\nNoEEO Statement\nMotorola Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
