Working in close collaboration with other departments, engineers in this team excel at developing applications and drivers under Linux, and have a variety of backgrounds and specializations. The team uses modern C++ to develop highly reusable code, and utilize state-of-the-art systems and tools throughout the development life cycle.Job Description\nPerform End to End Test on NPI program at device as well as system level.\nDesign, develop and test the software to ensure SW requirement compliance\nAnalyze the test requirements to create effective and optimal test coverage\nTranslate requirements and specifications into manual/automated test cases.\nDevelop Phyton & scripts automatation to increase coverage and execution speed\nWork with the business and development team to formulate test strategy.\nAnalyze, submit, and manage defects.\nPerform first level of root-case analysis of problems to formulate and recommend improved alternative operations.\nWork with the engineering team to produce hypothesis and to reproduce and validate issues\nPerforms false failure analysis, troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing automation test setups\nCreate, upgrade and maintain test tools & infrastructure if required for the tests\nVehicle drive testing as needed\nIncorporate Gen AI into Test environment/framework.\n\nBasic Requirements\nFresh graduates / junior engineer with Bachelor Degree in Information Science / Communication Engineering / Software engineering or related fields\nKnowledge in Python, Javascript, Angular, C, C# or other languages used for scripting\nKnowledge of Video Monitoring System, Client-Server Setup, Mobile Application Setup, Photography (Image Quality Knowledge) will be a plus\nKnowledge in Android, IoT, WiFI, LTE, DMR, video are added advantage\nHaving Agile Methodology & using Gen AI in Software Automation and optimizing Quality Processes is a plus\nWorks under general supervision, self-motivated and able to integrate well into a cross-functional team.\nGood English communication, interpersonal skill\nCustomer focused and result oriented.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills along with an attention to detail and understanding of customer impact\nExperience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.\nCandidate must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas, Penang.\n\nTravel Requirements\nNoneRelocation Provided\nNonePosition Type\nExperiencedReferral Payment Plan\nNoEEO Statement\nMotorola Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
