Strong skills in C/C++, networking protocols, real-time media systems, WebRTC, RTP/RTCP, and WebSockets\nBasic Requirements\nWe are looking for a Technical Lead who will drive the technical architecture , design and development of cloud media server and controller systems.\nPrimary Skills\nExpertise in C/C++ systems programming, including concurrency models, memory optimization, and network stack tuning.\nProduction experience with: UDP / TCP, RTP / RTCP timing models, ICE / STUN / TURN at scale, and NAT traversal strategies.\nStrong architectural knowledge of WebRTC internals, SIP / VoIP signaling flows, SFU/MCU design patterns, jitter buffer algorithms, and latency optimization techniques.\nHands-on experience leading deployments of open-source RTC stacks such as LiveKit, Janus, or similar WebRTC platforms.\nStrong skills in performance profiling, scalability engineering, and production-grade debugging.\nSecondary Skills\nExperience integrating AI voice systems (STT / TTS / VAD) into RTC pipelines.\nStrong cloud architecture experience (GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, multi-region failover).\nSolid understanding of distributed systems, high-availability design, and observability frameworks.\nFamiliarity with ACE (C++) framework.\nJob Responsibilities\nOwn the architecture and development of cloud media server and call controller software.\nDesign scalable signaling infrastructure, TURN routing strategies, and media routing topologies for high volume concurrent sessions.\nDefine performance and latency optimization strategies across modules.\nLead debugging and resolution of complex production issues involving call failures, QoS degradation, congestion, and scaling bottlenecks.\nEstablish engineering standards for reliability, observability, and performance benchmarking.\nMentor engineers, conduct design reviews, and guide architectural decisions.\nDrive continuous improvements in scalability, resilience, and operational excellence.\nExperience/Education Qualification\nExperience: 8+ years\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Electronics & Communication, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline\n(Optional but preferred) Master’s degree (M.Tech/M.S/MCA.) in a relevant field is a plus.\nTravel Requirements\nUnder 10%Relocation Provided\nNonePosition Type\nExperiencedReferral Payment Plan\nNoEEO Statement\nMotorola Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
