Designed for a high-performing graduate, this role offers the opportunity to take technical ownership of complex infrastructure, systems integration, and deployment environments for strategic blue-light emergency services customers across the UK.\nBridging the gap between operational needs and enterprise architecture, you will collaborate closely with Technical Project Managers to validate system designs and execute technical configurations from contract award through to go-live. Because our products support life-critical situations, you will apply a rigorous, highly analytical engineering approach to ensure high availability and resilience across every deployment. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is valued.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Governance & Delivery Leadership\nCreate and maintain comprehensive project plans, risk registers (RAID logs), Requests for Change (RFCs), requirements documentation, contract changes, and financial tracking\n\nLead and coordinate agile delivery teams, including business analysts and quality assurance engineers, from contract award through to deployment and customer sign-off\n\nOversee solution development and testing schedules in alignment with agreed project timelines and quality standards\n\nCustomer Requirements & Technical Strategy\nCapture and document customer operational requirements, performing in-depth business process and technical analysis\n\nTranslate operational needs into clear solution specifications and system designs agreed upon with key customer stakeholders\n\nGuide delivery strategy and communicate technical roadmaps clearly between customer leads and product development teams\n\nStakeholder Management & Relationship Building\nAct as the primary technical and operational point of contact for strategic customers regarding deployment and integration activities\n\nManage customer relationships effectively through structured remote engagement and on-site visits across UK customer locations\n\nCoordinate internal and external resources to ensure task completion within defined project scope and timeframes\n\nBasic Requirements\nDegree in Computer Science, Computing, or an engineering discipline\n\nSolid experience managing the delivery of large, complex software solutions to major enterprise or public sector customers\n\nAbility to obtain NPPV3 and SC security clearance requiring UK residency\n\nJob Requirements\nTechnical Expertise\nAgile Software Delivery to lead cross-functional agile teams and execute modern software deployment models\n\nTechnical Requirements Analysis to capture business processes and translate operational needs into technical specifications\n\nComplex Software Architecture to evaluate infrastructure dependencies and communicate technical concepts effectively to diverse stakeholders\n\nLanguage Proficiency to demonstrate an excellent command of English in written and verbal technical communications\n\nProfessional Experience\nTechnical Stakeholder Engagement to build trust, manage customer expectations, and lead matrixed project resources\n\nVirtual Team Leadership to motivate and guide cross-functional project teams across engineering, QA, and business analysis\n\nProject Governance to maintain project documentation, RAID logs, financial tracking, and change control mechanisms\n\nPreferred Qualifications (Optional)\nAgile Project Management certification (or actively working towards certification)\n\nDirect experience with UK Fire and Rescue Control Room operations, mobilisation solutions, or Mobile Data Terminal (MDT) software\n\nRewards & Benefits\nIn return for your expertise, we’ll support you in this new challenge with coaching and development every step of the way.
