First Ring BDC is hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team.
You don't need automotive experience. We'll teach you everything you need to know.
What Makes This Job Different?
This is an inbound customer service position. People are calling us because they need help with their vehicles.
You won't be making cold calls or trying to sell people something they don't want.
Your job is to listen, help the customer and get them connected with the right service.
What You'll Do
- Answer inbound phone calls
- Schedule service appointments
- Help customers with questions
- Provide repair updates
- Transfer calls when needed
- Enter customer information
- Make sure customers have a great experience

Customer service experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person.
Your Schedule
Monday-Friday
Our operating hours are 6:00 AM-8:00 PM, with a predictable full-time schedule.
Saturday hours may be available if interested.
