Together we provide integrated engineering and project management services across the project lifecycle - from concept and design to construction and operations, to decommissioning or repowering and life extension. Together with our clients, we’re helping to deliver the energy transition globally. \nOverview of the role\nDocument Control is a key role and it’s vital in ensuring that the team is using the latest versions of all documents to enable our work to be accurate, consistent and delivered on time to our client.\nKey responsibilities and duties include:\nProviding support to maintain project Incoming and Outgoing Information records\nProviding support to maintain project Request for Information records\nProviding support to maintain project Technical Query records\nConfiguring and maintaining QA workflows\nProviding training and guidance to users of the project IMS\nSupporting the Information Management Lead with testing document control environments\nSupporting audits of projects and preparing reports to ensure compliance of projects to IM standard\nEnsuring all management system documentation is the current version and easily accessible\nCandidate specification\nThe Document Control should be familiar with and use independently or with the limited supervision and support by the Line Manager and other employees.\nAs an experienced Document Controller, you have the ability to prioritise and work under pressure while demonstrating a flexible approach to work. Your time management skills are effective, and you enjoy working in a team environment while using your initiative and taking a methodical approach to tasks. You are comfortable working within an office environment and are able to foster and maintain good working relationships with colleagues and external contacts.
