You will be joining a diverse and passionate team with a proven track record delivering major projects across Australia.\nWe have secured a significant pipeline of work on some of the largest projects in Australia in the Buildings market and we want you to be a part of this exciting growth. Not only will you have the chance to work on groundbreaking projects, but you'll also enjoy the beautiful landscapes and rich history of QLD's coastal capital.\nIn collaboration with the project team, you will:\nManaging and delivering projects in a timely and technically competent manner\nCoordination of MEP design disciplines with Structural, Civil and Architecture while producing high quality designs\nPreparation of calculations, drawings, specifications, and reports\nLead electrical and multidiscipline project teams\nProvide Mentoring and technical support to the electrical discipline\nAssist with the development of technical standards and design excellence\nAbout You\nRPEQ with degree qualification in Electrical Engineering or relevant tertiary qualification in related discipline\n\n5+ years of local experience in the QLD market with knowledge of Australian electrical engineering design standards, codes and practices\n\nKnowledge of Defence standards with an understanding of multi-disciplinary requirements of Defence projects in feasibility, preliminary and detailed design\n\nA history of completing building services projects successfully\n\nAble to develop and implement processes and procedures\n\nHigh level of organisation and the ability to communicate/liaise effectively and professionally with all levels of staff, clients and contractors\n\nExcellent time management skills, setting priorities, planning and organising \nCulture & Benefits\nMott MacDonald celebrates diversity and inclusion, offering a supportive work environment that values work-life balance, diversity, inclusion, and equity.
