Mott MacDonald's Queensland Transport team is growing and we’re looking for a talented Pavement Engineer to join our business. This position would suit a candidate that is potentially eager to move into a senior role.You will work on and support signature national and international projects and continue to develop as a professional engineer and have the opportunity to:\nBe integral to the pavement engineering team to lead and support national and international pavement engineering projects\nSupport and mentor junior engineers and provide input to new bid opportunities\nDevelop technical design reports and drawings to a high standard\nDemonstrate technical understanding of flexible and rigid pavement design in accordance with Austroads and state/local government design guidelines\nPavement design experience in tunnels, ports and intermodals, haul roads, rail and aviation is desirable\nGeneral design experience in transport engineering projects is ideal\nAbout You\nBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering\nRegistered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ), or be in the process of obtaining your RPEQ within 6 months\nChartered Professional Engineer is preferable\nDemonstrated pavement design experience\nProvide strong technical skills in pavement engineering\nProven experience working on multi-disciplinary civil infrastructure projects\nHighly motivated individual with excellent communication and written skills\nCulture & Benefits\nMott MacDonald celebrates diversity and inclusion, offering a supportive work environment that values work-life balance, diversity, inclusion, and equity.
