# Technical Service Coordinator

The technical service coordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day service activities (maintenance contracts, service calls, mechanical overhauls, small installations, etc) for the industrial refrigeration department. YOUR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE: Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules. Assign technicians to service calls based on their skill set. Verify and ensure work orders are completed and properly directed. Accurately record and process technicians' hours worked in the computerized management system for payroll. Participate in the procurement and supply chain for parts required for technicians' interventions. Coordinate training for technicians and potentially customers, if required. Collaborate closely with sales, invoicing, accounts payable, and management teams to perform job duties effectively. Requirements Technically inclined (knowledge of mechanical/HVAC systems is an asset) Experience in dispatching/scheduling an asset; 1 to 2 years of work experience in team coordination function; Proficient in MS Office suite, especially Excel; Mastery of the use of the computer for business purposes in general; Strong communication s
