Join Motul, a leading company in the mobility industry, as a Logistics Specialist. In this hands-on, collaborative role, you will be responsible for coordinating freight, preparing shipping documentation, supporting import and export activity, and improving freight accuracy. You will work closely with carriers, warehouses, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and exceptional service for our customers.
Missions
- Tender freight and coordinate pickups, delivery appointments, and shipment requirements with carriers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and 3PL partners.
- Create and review basic shipping documents, including bills of lading, shipping bills, delivery of paperwork, and related shipment records.
- Apply or quickly develop working knowledge of Incoterms and basic import and export compliance requirements.
