This includes tracking incoming and outgoing stock, ensuring accurate record-keeping, coordinating with sales and service departments, and conducting regular audits to maintain stock accuracy.\nKey Responsibilities:\n- Monitor and manage the movement of all vehicles in and out of the dealership\n- Ensure accurate record-keeping of vehicle stock levels and locations\n- Coordinate with sales and service departments to fulfill customer orders and dealership requirements\n- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy\n- Report on stock levels, trends, and discrepancies to management\n- Identify and resolve any stock-related issues in a timely manner\n- Implement and maintain best practices for inventory management\n- To ensure the accurate and timeous (daily) capture of purchase\n- Basic admin\n- Verify creditor\n- Bringing cars into\n- Invoicing vehicles\n- Raise / Create Cheque\n- Issuing of\n- Monthly reporting on outstanding order.\n- Phone suppliers for outstanding invoices and balancing vehicle costing on Drive to the department managers cost sheet.\n- Ensure required documentation is available in deal file before.\n- Assist stock controller in reporting of sales\n- Daily debtor’s allocation and updates to back\n- Maintain clean and orderly work\n- Report any deviations to Financial\n- Stock takes (twice a week) of all vehicles bringing vehicles into\n- Provisions on all vehicles that are in\n- Issuing purchase\n- Updating stock list with retail\n- Controlling of the Demo Fleet, updating reports to Matrix and back office and weekly stock\n- Controlling of License and registration for the new and used\nQualifications:\n- Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field\n- Proven experience in inventory management, preferably within the automotive industry\n- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills\n- Excellent organizational and communication abilities\n- Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications\n- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines\nWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.
