This role partners closely with the Project Manager(s), both within the parent company as well as across our 11 location (and growing) hot tub and sauna businesses in resort communities in Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, and New Mexico.\nReporting directly to the Director of Operations, the ideal candidate combines strong interpersonal skills with project lead and data analytics experience and enjoys working directly with others. The ideal candidate will live in one of our already existing markets (Montana, Colorado, Wyoming, New Mexico). Travel is anticipated to the store locations during project implementation or on an as-needed basis. The target hire date for this position is 12/1/2026. The first 30-60 days is anticipated to be part-time, estimated at 20 hours per week, as the position ramps up to a full-time 40-hour per week status in Q1 2027.\nPerks and Benefits:\nAt RMHTH we take care of our team like they are family. Here's what you can expect when you join us:\nCompetitive compensation package\nComprehensive training to ensure you reach your full potential\nBenefits package including 401(k) with up to 4% match, health insurance, paid time off, HSA employer contributions with eligible medical plans, FSA with eligible medical plans, and Dependent Care FSA options\nOpportunities for growth within our dynamic and ambitious team\nEssential job functions:\nSupport the Project Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of the NetSuite ERP integration project.\nLead and coordinate user testing activities, including preparing test materials, tracking completion, and validating results.\nCommunicate project updates, deadlines, and action items to end users and department supervisors in a clear and professional manner.\nMonitor progress on assigned tasks, identify delays or missed deadlines, and report status concerns to the Project Manager.\nCollect, organize, clean, and validate data from multiple sources in preparation for system import.\nEnsure data is formatted accurately and ready for migration into NetSuite.\nTest and validate data after upload to confirm accuracy, completeness, and system functionality.\nAssist in identifying and resolving data discrepancies, user testing issues, and process gaps.\nMaintain accurate project documentation, testing records, and status updates.\nSupport cross-functional communication between project stakeholders, end users, and supervisors to help keep the project on track.\nComplete other weekly/monthly reports outside of the ERP integration project. \nRequirements\nQualifications:\nMinimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination, data administration, ERP support, or a related role.\nExperience with NetSuite strongly preferred.\nIntermediate Excel skills, including sorting, filtering, formulas, data cleanup, and report handling.\nStrong data management skills with the ability to pull, clean, organize, and validate data from multiple sources.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to communicate clearly and professionally with end users and department supervisors.\nHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.\nAbility to track deadlines, follow up on open items, and report status updates in a timely manner.\nComfortable working in a remote environment with limited direct oversight.\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify issues early.\nSelf-starter with a proactive, accountable, and collaborative work style.\nHow to Apply\nPlease be sure you’re applying directly through the Mountain Hot Tub Careers page (Mountainhottub.com, then click on Careers - the URL should be sponsored by Paylocity), or through the sponsored ad on Indeed.
