Prioritizing accordingly and flagging mail for the correct person. \nReceive, sort and post mail daily\nOrganise, log and distribute all incoming and outgoing courier deliveries\nAuditing & ordering supplies\nAssist with ordering and processing stationary items and weekly provisions\nTidy and maintain the reception area and all meeting rooms around the office to an exceptional standard. \nMaintain and organize meeting room diaries and assist with bookings\nReceive, sort and post mail daily\nGeneral administrative and office support as the business demands\nArrange staff travel, both national and internationally\nYou will be required to cover holiday for the House Admin \nWe would like to meet someone who is\nA good working knowledge of all MS Office packages, especially Excel\nPleasant and approachable with excellent communications skills and an outgoing personality\nAbility to cope well under pressure in a busy office\nProfessional personal presentation\nProactive
