Recently, inspired by the high translational potential of the camelid single-chain antibodies (so called nanobodies), our lab has developed robust pipeline technologies and tools to facilitate nanobody drug discovery and therapeutic applications. The lab is also interested in the development and application of integrative structural approaches to study protein-protein and antibody-protein interactions. An emerging direction of the lab is to conjugate machine learning, structural biology and proteomic approaches to facilitate engineering and design towards novel protein therapeutics and vaccine development. The lab is vibrant, fun, and collaborative and support creative ideas and career development.\nReferences:\nKim, S.J., et al (2018).
