Working closely with the Fund Accounting Manager and Senior Fund Accountants, you'll provide accounting and reporting services to a diverse portfolio of fund clients investing across private equity, real estate and private debt.\nThis is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and supportive team where you'll gain exposure to a broad range of fund structures and transactions while helping to shape the continued growth of our fund accounting offering. You'll work with industry-leading technology, develop your technical expertise and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues across our global business.\nIf you would like to join an ambitious and forward-thinking firm whose inclusive culture and values recognise that its people are fundamental to its success, we would love to hear from you.\nApplications closing date: 19 November\nAbout the role\nIn this role, you'll:\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records within fund accounting systems, including Viewpoint and Private Capital Suite (Investran)\nAccurately record and reconcile complex fund transactions, ensuring a thorough understanding of underlying activity\nAssist with the preparation of financial statements and periodic client reporting, including capital account statements and net asset valuations\nSupport the delivery of monthly, quarterly and bi-annual reporting requirements, ensuring quality and timeliness\nAssist with client audits and liaise effectively with auditors to meet agreed deadlines\nWork collaboratively with colleagues and clients to manage priorities and ensure service delivery expectations are met\nContribute to a consistent and integrated Fund Services offering across jurisdictions\nMaintain compliance with firm policies, procedures and professional standards\nAbout you - essential requirements\nQualified accountant or qualified by relevant experience, with sound technical knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS\nDemonstrable experience in a fund accounting environment\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using accounting systems, ideally Private Capital Suite (Investran)\nAbility to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work to agreed deadlines\nGood communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team\nAny qualification level stated in this job description is intended as a guide only.
