Reporting to the Global Head of Learning, you'll play a key role in delivering Mourant's people strategy by partnering with leaders, teams and colleagues across the firm to identify development needs and implement impactful learning solutions.\nYou'll help maintain and nurture a culture of continuous learning, career development and performance excellence.\nIf you would like to join an ambitious and forward-thinking firm whose inclusive culture and values recognise that its people are fundamental to its success, we would love to hear from you.\nApplications closing date: 8 November\nAbout the role\nIn this role, you will:\nBuild trusted relationships with key stakeholders across education, training and development, enabling individuals and teams to enhance their performance.\nIdentify team, skills and capability needs, recommending practical learning solutions aligned with Mourant’s strategic and business priorities.\nDesign and deliver engaging professional and business skills development initiatives and activities.\nDevelop and manage learning programmes and development centres linked to career pathways and the Mourant Academy.\nUse learning technologies, digital content and AI tools to create effective, impactful blended learning experiences.\nAnalyse learning data, evaluate impact and produce regular reports that provide leaders with meaningful and actionable insights.\nManage learning activity within agreed budgets, ensuring solutions are relevant, accessible and cost effective.\nCollaborate with Learning Team colleagues to improve processes, practices and the overall learner experience.\nAbout you: essential requirements\nProven experience in a Learning and Development role within professional services or a similarly complex, client focused environment.\nThe ability to translate business priorities and organisational frameworks into clear capability outcomes, practical learning experiences and useful workplace resources.\nDemonstrable experience of designing and delivering learning solutions across multiple formats, including face to face, virtual and digital learning.\nExcellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills, with the ability to influence, consult, collaborate and build trusted relationships at all levels.\nConfident and responsible use of learning technology and AI tools to improve access, practice, application and performance.\nExcellent facilitation, communication and presentation skills, supported by effective organisational, analytical and problem solving abilities.\nWe are committed to providing an inclusive and barrier-free recruitment process.
