We pride ourselves in providing accessible development opportunities to all our people in a team-spirited environment, where everyone feels like they belong and can thrive.\nApplications Closing Date:14 November\nAbout the role\nIn this role, you'll:\nAssist clients on domestic and international tax matters;\n\nBe actively involved in drafting, negotiating and reviewing documentation and memos;\n\nWork with the corporate, banking & finance and investment fund practices on the tax aspects of transactions;\n\nConduct extensive legal research and monitor recent tax developments;\n\nManage projects with increasing autonomy;\n\nLiaise with various parties, including advisors, legal authorities and service providers;\n\nPool all your best efforts, expertise, and dedication, while always maintaining as far as possible a team-spirit, consensual and collegial approach, in order to contribute to the success, growth and performance of the Company;\n\nBe actively involved in the preparation of tax presentations (internal and external to clients or other third party);\n\nBe involved in the external visibility of the tax practice and the firm by participating to the drafting of marketing material and attending external professional events (drafting of articles and newsletters, presentations, trainings, etc.).\n\nAbout you - essential requirements\nMaster's degree in tax law, dual degree in business school/law would be an advantage.\n\n3-5 years of experience in the tax department of a law firm or in a tax firm/boutique.\n\nFluent in English and French.\n\nPassed the CCDL or planning to do so.\n\nEffective organisation and communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface at all levels and work autonomously.\n\nIndependent, dynamic, proactive, curious and motivated.\n\nNote to applicants: Background screening requirements for this role will include a European credit check and Bulletin no3 criminal record check.
