You'll be involved in the full life cycle of our clients, including the client take-on process and all aspects of the on-going administration of the client.\nAre you looking for a new opportunity that offers progression and development opportunities, if so, get in touch today!\nAbout the role\nProvide on-going administration support to the team as required for the administration of a diverse portfolio of corporate and fiduciary clients and ensure that client relationships and transactions are conducted effectively and to a high standard\nEnsure client expectations are properly managed and valuable relationships are nurtured\nAssist with the effective administration of workload to include timely and accurate processing of work, effective prioritisation, meeting transactional, statutory and internal procedural deadlines and managing WIP and debt collection\nRegister and file statutory documents with Companies House, such as: Incorporation forms, forms to register changes to share structure or share allotments, change of officer forms, confirmation statements and strike off forms\nLiaise with clients and service providers such as accountants, tax agents and lawyers to ensure that transactional obligations and statutory deadlines are met for client entities \nAssist with the on-boarding of new clients/client entities and carry out KYC checks \nProcess invoices and payments for client entities on various banking platforms \nAbout you\nAminimum of one years' experience working in a corporate service provider, law firm, in-house company secretarial team or a degree in the field of Law or Business.\nGood working knowledge of Microsoft desktop software\nGood record keeping and documentation ability is essential\nMust be able to demonstrate initiative, be proactive, accurate and well-organised\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, together with the ability to build relationships, working as part of a team to achieve a common goal and be self-motivated and career driven\nWe believe in inclusive workplaces where everyone feels seen, heard, valued and respected.
