Collaborate with cross-functional teams to rapidly prototype, validate, and deploy solutions in production environments.\n\n- Troubleshoot complex application, data, and integration issues while ensuring high availability and performance.\n\n- Participate in solution architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design sessions.\n\n- Drive best practices in software engineering, DevOps, security, testing, and continuous delivery.\n\nMust-Have Skills:\n\n- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.\n\n- 5+ years of software engineering experience with full-stack application development.\n\n- Strong experience with: C# and .NET Core/.NET 8, Angular (v14+), Microsoft SQL Server / SQL Development, Azure Databricks, and Generative AI solutions.\n\n- Experience building RESTful APIs, microservices, and enterprise-grade applications.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Applied AI, including Large Language Models (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, etc.), prompt engineering, AI application integration, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts.\n\n- Strong understanding of data engineering and analytics workloads using Databricks.\n\n- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices.\n\n- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work directly with business users and stakeholders.\n\n- Excellent communication and consulting skills.\n\nNice-to-Have Skills:\n\n- Experience with Azure Cloud Services (Azure App Services, Functions, Storage, Key Vault, API Management).\n\n- Knowledge of AI agent frameworks and orchestration tools such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or CrewAI.\n\n- Experience with vector databases and semantic search technologies.\n\n- Knowledge of machine learning lifecycle and MLOps practices.\n\n- Experience with Spark, PySpark, or Delta Lake.\n\n- Exposure to data visualization platforms such as Power BI.\n\n- Experience with containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.\n\n- Knowledge of event-driven architectures and messaging platforms.\n\n- Experience working in consulting, client-facing, or forward-deployed
