Join our Vilnius Customer Service Team and play a key role in bringing our business forward and contributing to our continued success.\nCustomer Service Assistant (f/m/d)\nWhat to expect:\nThe Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for providing service excellence and supporting department objectives by entering and retrieving data through custom or other software, and supporting customer service initiatives\nProvides the best possible service and support to customers through web and email.\nProcesses customer orders, quotes and other information by entering into company systems.\nResearches and expedites customer requests.\nSupports the local Customer Service team, and provides support for other teams when needed.\nWhat we are looking for:\nA minimum of at least 2 years experience in office customer service or support is needed.\nAbility to interact directly with customers remotely and carry out written correspondence in a professional and courteous manner.\nVery good Lithuanian and English skills, written and verbal; additional European languages would be a plus.\nProfound MS Office skills, experience with an ERP system would be helpful.\nAbility to work under deadlines and interact with people at all levels.\nWhat we offer:\nA long-term perspective with responsible tasks and attractive development opportunities in a dynamic team.
