Join our Milan Customer Service Team and play a key role in bringing our business forward and contributing to our continued success.\nCustomer Service Representative (f/m/d)\nWhat to expect:\nThe Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing the highest level of service to customers by processing orders, quotes and assisting customers with catalog information, always maintaining and exhibiting Mouser values to each and every customer.\nGenerates new and repeat business through customer service initiatives.\nAccurately processes customer transactions such as orders, quotes or returns with a strong focus on service excellence.\nFollows up with customers to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and to resolve any customer concerns that may arise.\nProvides information regarding availability of in-stock and out-of-stock items.\nProvides customers with cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, and offers associated products and promotional items.\nResearches and expedites customer orders.\nMonitors and ensures delivery date and product quality to meet customer requirements; verifies customer orders are processed correctly.\nConfirms special handling orders are expedited.\nFills requests for catalogs, information or samples.\nSupports local Customer Service teams, and provides support for other teams when needed.\nOther duties as assigned\nWhat we are looking for:\n1-2 years’ experience in a customer service role, or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nStrong ability and desire to provide excellent customer service and to promote and maintain high standards of quality.\nMaintains a high level of commitment to achieve goals and has the desire and ability to deal directly with customers and represent Mouser Electronics.\n Professional verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English\nProficient in MS Office; experience with other systems are a plus.\nUnderstands and able to correctly work with multiple currencies and other requirements with regard to processing international orders.\nExhibits strong analytical skills, problem solving and negotiation skills, and analyzes the impact of decisions before execution.\nDemonstrates profound planning and organization skills and works very structured.\nAccountable and integer, energetic personality.\nSelf-motivated and result-oriented and a good team worker (cross-cultural).\nTakes initiative to expand knowledge for position utilizing all available sources\nWhat we offer:\nA long-term perspective with responsible tasks and attractive development opportunities in a dynamic team.
