Join our International Internet Business Team and play a key role in bringing our business forward and contributing to our continued success.\nDevelopment Manager\nWhat to expect:\nThe Development Manager’s role is to plan, coordinate, and supervise all activities related to the design, development, and implementation of the Internet Business Applications. The Development Manager is also responsible for maintaining, supporting, and upgrading existing application systems and software in collaboration with the Architecture team. This individual will apply proven communication skills, problem solving skills, and knowledge of best practices to guide Internet Business Development team on issues related to the design, development, and deployment of Internet Business Applications.\nManage development and deployment of new and existing applications for Mouser.com.\nDevelop, lead and motivate engaged work teams by hiring, training, and managing the software development team.\nProvide technical leadership and support to the wider Internet Business team.\nEnsure development projects meet business goals and resolve systems issues.\nEvaluate projects, recommend solutions, and improve existing applications.\nResearch and recommend software products and services.\nDevelop and implement team policies and procedures.\nCommunicate progress and status to senior management.\nRepresent the company professionally and maintain confidentiality.\nStay current with industry trends and techniques.\nWorks with minimum supervision and makes independent judgments.\nFlexible to meet the changing needs of the business and willingness to take on new responsibilities and assignments.\nWhat we are looking for:\nBachelor’s degree in IT or a similar field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.\nMinimum of 10 years of experience in Information Technology.\nProven people management and leadership abilities.\nExtensive experience with Microsoft Azure.\nFamiliarity with modern technologies, including React.\nBackground in API-first or microservice-based environments\nKnowledge of current information systems industry trends and technologies.\nExperience in Ecommerce would be a plus.\nStrong collaborative and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to establish, track, and achieve team goals.\nExperienced in hiring, training, and coaching personnel.\nDetail-oriented and highly organized, with effective multi-tasking skills.\nProfound language skills in English and local language and excellent communication skills across all levels.\nProfessional demeanor and strong ethical standards.\nMaintains confidentiality and trustworthy relationships.\nWhat we offer:\nA long-term perspective with responsible tasks and attractive development opportunities in a dynamic team.
