Analyzes the impact of decisions before execution\nMaintain a positive, professional work environment\nOversees daily workflow and projects for team.\nSubject matter expert for team job functions.\nFosters a learning environment and mentors team members.\nWorks with minimum supervision and makes independent judgments.\nAssists management with development of results oriented processes and project management.\nInitiates, establishes and maintains highly effective relationships with business contacts of various cultures, and at all levels.\nFlexible to meet the changing needs of the business and willingness to take on new responsibilities and assignments.\nExtremely confidential and trustworthy.\nRegular attendance at work is an essential part of the job.\nSKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS\nSkill evaluation: Behavioral (80%);
